General Policies
Returns and exchange details:
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Problems would include (not limited to):
- Item damaged in shipping
- Change in shipping address
- Incorrect order received
- Multiple Items ordered
Customer satisfaction is my #1 goal. Please contact me right away if you have any issues with your order. Shipping charges are not refundable except in special circumstances. I guarantee that you will receive your merchandise in good condition. If there are any issues you can return your order for a replacement or to be repaired.
Shipping
I typically use UPS Ground service. Please inform me if you have any deadlines or if you want delivery confirmation/ "signature required" services. Shipping times are approximate. Damaged pieces must be refused with UPS within 3 days of receipt. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
Additional policies and FAQs
Minor variations will occur with wood grain, stain color, finishes, and dimensions of the materials used for all pieces of furniture that are made to order. :-)
